{Party Planning} Valentine-themed Bridal Shower

I’m heading up the invitations and candy buffet for a valentine-themed bridal shower in February. YAY! I’m so excited because that means lots of PINK and RED, which happen to be the best colors in the world :D

I came up with 3 prototypes and let the ladies do the voting. Can you guess which one they selected?

Everyone, including myself, chose #2! I printed them on photo paper for a nice glossy finish. We mounted on hot pink cardstock, as a frame for both strength and definition. We glued on a blingy red/pink jeweled heart/diamond near the scroll. They came out super adorable! I’ll have to take a picture of the final product once I get mine in the mail. I forgot to take pics at the time of assembly.

Now I have a couple of months to plan out my red & pink candy buffet. This is going to be a lot of fun! A lot of WORK, but a lot of fun! Thank goodness for the dollar store and Michael’s 40% off coupons! Holl-a!
